Thanks sir today was my paper and I read complete mechanics before from your videos itself and this was the last question which I saw before entering exam hall . Thanks a ton ❤️
Hello.at 7:48 you explain iparallel=0.11r² and iperpendicular=0.393r²,I am confused because many textbooks say ix =iy for semicircle is 0.393r².they do not mention 0.11r².please explain why.thank you.

No it will never be because area and distance will both always be positive themselves more or less on a plane it wont be negative. I think correct me if i am wrong
Small correction guys:
At timeline 05:10, I should have written Pi.r^2/2....
But the answer works out as 39.27 cm^2...
Rest is fine...Not to worry...
What would be the changes will happen if we considering another reference axes rather than given reference axes/?
i was just getting mad how come that the value is 39.27.
A2=A3 = (pi * 25 )/2 = 39.2699
x3 = 12-x2=12-2.12=9.88
lmao i questioned my whole life existence for a moment there
thanks G O A T
Super super easy explenation, thank u so much sir. 👏
the way u teach sir, awesome and very easy to learn, thank you i got passed in mos because of ur videos
Excellent explanation. Just missed to write (2) while showing formula for area's of semicircle divided by 2. Also checked answer is matching. Thanks
For samicircle x=R and y =4r/3π .Quter circle x=y=4R/3π but sir you say that X2=2.12 i thik it may be 5 please describe it sir
Thank you so much you have added alot to my knowledge of mechanics
Thank u ......Keep learning and do share it with your friends.........aLL the best
Thank your for your explanation, what about Ixy ? Is it Will always be 0?
Thanks sir today was my paper and I read complete mechanics before from your videos itself and this was the last question which I saw before entering exam hall .

I am sure you will do well in exams. Good luck
@@ManasPatnaikofficial Yes sir sure.... thanks once again ❤️
sir,how to find out centroid of semicircle with axis tilted
Is there any formula like finding out moment of inertia of semicircle..
I like the way he speaks...
Sir... Upload some more problems on moment of inertia
two semicircle same distance from centroidal y axis
Thank you, u r a genius
Sir i, ve heard from my teacher dt if a body is symmetric about x_axis it's y bar is zero... How ❓❓ i, m getting confused... Wt is the right answer?
The area of circle should be divided by 2 since it's a semi-circle 😊
Please what if the rectangle is labeled abcd and the question ask to find about ab axis
why don't you consider symmetric about x. axis or y. axis??? Sir. .
Thank you so much Manas Patnaik!
I'm getting problem with M.O.I. OF SEMI CIRCLE ABOUT x-x & y-y axis
Plse reply with clear concept hearty request 🙏🙏🙏
Great explanation video👍👍😊
Sir area of semicircle is wrong it is pi r^2/2 kk thank you sir
Sir area pi r square by 2 hoga na
Good concept
Nice explanation thank you very much sir
Sir Thank you. Pass karwa diye.
Sir area of semi circle is pi r^2/2
Yes u r right....I should have written Pi.r^2/2....
But the answer works out as 39.27 cm^2
Manas Patnaik yes sir

@@faisalnazir9067 in this video Mr.Manas takes MOI from center of semi-circle while many text books give you MOI from edge of semi-circle...BOTH ARE CORRECT, just check if you are at CENTER or EDGE
just a doubt that is the formula (y-Ybar)square is applicable for all composite section in case of centroidal axis.
Kindly help us to find the polar moment of inertia and the radius of gyrations
need help....!! where did you get the 0.11 and 0.393 on the semicircle..? I only saw these number in your video... thank you
Thats a formula
Great job Sir...
keep uploading 😊😊
Sir what is the moment of inertia of semi circle along y-axis
how to calculate the moment of area for the singly reinforced beam?
sir does removing semicircles dont change the position of centroid?
THANK YOU SO MUCH...........
Thank you
Sorry I think that when you are calculating the area of semi-circle you made some eror that is πr square divided by 2 becouse it is semi-circle
0.11 formula If we do not know how can we solve with 0.393
Very nice sir 👌👌👍
MOI OF semicircle ?? Is there any video ??plz reply
Can we apply direct method of finding centroid to I,Z,C section of rectangle??
y the two semicircles are subtracted sir?
sir can u pls explain moment of inertia of inverted T section
Sir please upload a video on derovation of Moment of inertia of shapes like semicircle, quarter circle, triangle etc. Please sir

Sir, can you explain how to get 0,11r⁴ for the Inertia of si circle?
Thank you very 😇 much.
Please, where can I find this question in the source?
Area of semi circle =pi r*2/2

area of x2 and x3 is wrong and iyy3 is also wrong becoz of x3 has been changed
Thanq sir

Area of semicircular is wrong
a little bit mistake of figure 2
sir pls upload derivation for moment of inertia for rectangle, semi circle, triangle, etc.,
All things are correct but addition is wrong.
I think he subtracted the value of the rectangle from the values of two semicircles (since it's a hollow in the rect)
Wasted my 3 hrs as u was not getting right answer because you had written Area of semi circle wrong..., rest is good..
First like
