I see you used low rack in microwave mode , isn't we are not supposed to use metal in microwave mode ??

You can use metal just like aluminium,tin cake mould.

You can use metal if the the machine is not in microwave mode.
Even in microwave mode, if the metal is not very thin and does not have sharp edges then you can use it. Manufacturers provide metal racks along with ovens for the same reason. They are used in convection and grill modes.

Time should be 10-15 minutes and temperature 180 degrees.
