one of my favourite walks, I tend to start at the interlakes end and get the paliser rock slide out the way first, there are many secrets on that walk. which i wont go into here, but you should head to fossil falls if you are out that way again. great video and a nice walk thats for sure, the crowds at the rawson end can be a bit much at times.
@@LIVEONALBERTA It is nice there but where you turn off of Aster lake trail its all large rubble and side hill , some alder brush etc but well worth the walk. take wet weather gear the mist there is amazing.
@@ashvarma2486 I dont tend to do that anymore as once people know they end up there by the thousands and the magic they went to see is then gone. Explore some find places thats are good but dont plaster them all over the social media, I have seen very nice places turned into a tip. because everyone wants that one photo. if you are heading therer enjoy the walk its around 16 kms,. rawson lake is very nice but for years the ridge was kept quiet then it hit social media now the hillside there is losing much of the ground cover water is removing top soils that have taken thousands of years to form. . parks are looking at closing off the ridge.

I would love to try and do this loop one day. It seems really peaceful.
Even if you can't do the full loop, it's a great hike up to Kananaskis Falls😁 Thanks so much for watching and commenting Emma.
