Thanks teacher for the awesome video,but I have a query since we haven't yet been taught Calculus.Why are we saying that the stationary point at the min. point is a positive value whereas it's at the negative side of the graph and the max. point a negative whereas it's at the positive side of the graph?

Minimum point has a positive second derivative because the curve is now starting to turn upwards
Maximum point has a negative second derivative because the curve is curving downwards after flattening at the turning point
