I really think they need to do more with these two. It makes no sense for them to say these two had a hookup and then forget all about it! We need a storyline between these two!

Hike was always my favourite ship in the books and the fact that they only made reference to it in one episode of the show was really disappointing. As much as Haleb has become the popular ship, it felt so inappropriate for the writers to introduce this completely foreign original character into the show only to have him completely derail the story that Hanna really deserved. Like, come on, if you're gonna adapt a book series for TV, at least make some attempt at staying true to the story.
And before any wayward Haleb fans that stumbled across this video start coming for me, I feel the same way about the other couples in the series. Spoby shouldn't have been a thing, Ezria should NOT have been endgame and Emily should have been bisexual like she was in the books rather than attempting to force her into the "lesbian" box.
