I started showing people idc about what they think and now I have a lot of confidence you should listen to wannabe by itzy it’s a song about confidence also you should listen to icy and dalla dalla by itzy

I don't know why people come by our looks ? ..... if we are fat that doesn't matters......the only thing that matters is inside .....and we people need to realize that we are so much stronger than we think .....so focusing on life or studies will be better than focusing on your looks and bullying others and thinking about what others opinions are what about you
well this made me sob....i was bullied for my weight since I was 8 by my cousin who is a few months older than me. When she started, i wasn't even overweight, I was perfectly healthy. She bothered me about it so much that I actually felt horrible and gained weight. I told people around me, but they ignored it because she is family and what can they say to family? My most embarrassing memory was when one of my aunts had asked me to make a plate of food for her at a party because she was holding her baby and couldn't do it herself, and as I was filling the plate, my cousin came up and said in front of my entire family that, "Wow how classic. Look at her plate, no wonder she looks like this,". And everyone laughed it off, including me. It wasn't even my plate. Also I am one out of two vegetarians in my family so I literally can eat nothing expect salads at my family gatherings in the first place. My 21st birthday is coming up in a couple of months, I have started to eat healthy and lose weight because that is what I want. I have started dressing up and feeling better about myself. I am taking control of my body and my health. Hanna's story really resonates with me.
