I'm from Africa, born in 86. Growing up, we used to watch a lot of bollywood movies, even though we didn't understand the language (somehow we understood the films). We liked the movies so much that we even bought soundtrack casettes, and we would listen to them alot. I was looking for this song almost my entire adult life, but I couldn't find it. It just kept playing in my head and I didn't know the song title (I was like 7 years old when I listened to it). Funny thing is I only just now remembered two of the names of the movies we used to watch when we were kids (this one and the other one is Ek Ladka Ek Ladki).
So my search began from there, until I finally found it literally just minutes ago.

Dear Friends, In the year 2010 , I used to sing this song for a female whose parents were family friends with my grandfather. Ayesha Julka and Divya Bharti was the most desirable actress of that time. But at that time Madhuri, Juhi Chawla and ShreeDevi who was the highly paid actress were insecured with these upcoming actress. These both new and young actresses never compromised and they both were outsiders at that time. Shree Devi was the girlfriend of Mr. Boney Kapoor getting films through his contacts. Madhuri and Juhi Chawla also surrended to this dirty ecosystem of the Bollywood. And the fresh newcomers from the insiders family like Madhu, Karishma Kapoor, Kajol, Raveena Tandon was getting films without struggling too much. How would Ayesha Julka survived then?
