I didn't read this comment until after doing all that... might have to delete everything and reinstall it so that's fun no hate on you man, just a bit frustrated on my end. small update: I think resetting it completely worked out, which is okay because 1 I was kinda thinking of starting fresh anyway and 2 it's only a game. If I ended up corrupting my whole computer, that'd be unfortunate. Thanks for the tutorial man!
I never understood why people couldn't get the squiggle hat, it was confusing for me. When I had first played through this game back in november, it showed up for me on the remix. A spider was wearing it. Maybe the reason why I was able to get it was because I had gotten all the hats beforehand, so it caused the squiggle hat to spawn? I'm not sure. But I'm glad I'm able to get the christmas hats now.
If you got it in november then I’m not even really sure how you were able to get it honestly, it was obviously accessible in earlier versions but you shouldn’t have been able to get it now, even if you collected all the hats beforehand 🤔

Now my game's just running into errors and I can't play it... please advise EDIT: I ended up resetting each of the files and it's working fine now. No more errors, I saw the pinned comment after doing this which is a shame but oh well.

You can’t, you need to own the game on steam for this to work unless you wanna do some file digging on a jailbroken iOS device
