Can someone explain for me why Shiki died at 14:53 when she already had the buff last 2 turns?

the buff that you're talking about only heals her back the amount of hp that she lost if the damage is NOT LETHAL.
the buff that prevents lethal attacks is the yellow shield which she did not have at that point.

Shiki's Season of Rejuvenation heals her first to the total damage of the attacker before she received it... Also she has a passive that prevents her taking a lethal damage. In this case, she received healing through her shield passive and then received the damage however since the damage from Inugami is fatal, and her lethal damage prevention buff is already gone... She died.
