the employee happiness is directly connected to their quality of work so the less happy they are the worse films they make

you don't need to give your employee pay raises unless they complaining about their salary you just need to get them in the right house

Hey bro I’m just gonna say maybe don’t let every movie have just everyone shooting each other. Maybe change it unless you don’t know how, how you do the change from guns to other stuff is by directing the movie. That option that you really didn’t mind to care about but with that you can change the shooting each other to something else. Hope that helped
