Hockey Player warming-up - Field Hockey preparations | Hockey Heroes TV

How do you start your training or game? Leiah alway does a warming-up with here buddy Charlotte! They start with little passes en end with some high and fast balls. Is was very very cold during this video, and we experiences that it is super important to have warm hands when start shooting... otherwise it hurts!:) Do you ever experiences the pain of cold hands? My warm up consists of a lap around the pitch and then once I've got the kit on, I just get balls pelted at me 😆 probably not the best but it definitely allows different movements 🙈
