- You have got to watch this one! Carter goes Greek ! He only finds a Greek Taverna in Hua hin, Thailand, and reminisces about his days of youth in Greece. Rhodes, Lindos, etc.white wine, & food to die for. Its a ten out of ten for me. well worth a visit.

The theme of the place caught my eye as I walked past, so I ate there myself last year. I ordered the Lamb Kleftico. What I got was Lamb Chops!! The lady was so nice I ate up and didn't complain. The best Authentic Greek restaurant in my opinion is the one in Pattaya, just off Soi Buakhou just past the R-con bar (Second Soi on the left after the bend in the road as you walk towards LK Metro) Proper Greek food, just like been in Cyprus. There's a Greek flag sign on a lamp post showing where it is. Awesome food with real Cypriot potatoes. Yum, yum.

There is talk that on the building on the beach side will be torn down along that road as the infringement of the buildings and properties have been deemed illegal.
I got to Hua Hin on the 2nd November and there was no more real rain...The road you were on about is called Naresdamri Road...that seafood restaurant..Chaolay Seafood is where the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej used to go from time to time in the Kings younger days. The La Terrasse restaurant just along from Chaolay Seafood restaurant is a nice place to go for a nice meal.

mark james yeah Rhodes is hideously expensive now, prices have tripled since I went ten years earlier.
mark james i worked there in 2006, 7 and 08! been going Lindos since 2000 though.
