Looks very nice. I bet it will work wonders with the new B&W 600 series. The AKM chip used for the dac is also a favorite of mine and it compliments the character of the amplifier.
could you compare YBA Heritage A200 and YBA Genesis IA3 amplifiers. Is Genesis IA3 on cooler side or is it also smooth, lush, but give more realism in the same time?
Can you please advice, today i got for demo YBA heritage A200, really like it, but currious would Passion IA350 would be better or they almost are the same level? Would IA350 have more “grip” bass control? Thanks.
I took that info from the website - my interpretation is they have 2 feet to deaden sound vibration probably the vibration moving into the kit from the rack etc - then one foot that acts as a vanishing point - where the internal resonance energy can go. The designs of these are to do with energy transfer from one item to another reducing it - acting as a drain if you will to the vibration
Oh thanks for informative reply is something I've never come across before you'd wonder how a bearing in a foot could effectively transfer resonance in one direction, clever stuff, keep up the good work. .
it's a reasonably warm sounding amp with a good amount of power so it will work well with a lot of different speakers - hard to suggest some as there are so many out there it depends on what you like and want :)

Watts are irrelevant. The Damping factor is more important. I have used 30 watt amps tube and solid state that can drive anything. Of course Hegel is more $$$ its made in Norway. YBA has moved all production to China. The original designer Yves Bernard Andre has nothing to due with the company anymore. @@PursuitPerfectSystem
I saw a really nice Naim Supernait integrated amp yesterday. Just under £3000. Have you heard it? I was told it is 80 watts per channel but would make my speakers sing.
Jim mate, have a listen to a few different amps at different price ranges as they all do things a little differently - but you should see a nice gain is smoothness and musicality from using the AV Receiver.

It has a toroidal transformer which attests to YBA’s commitment to noise reduction and not scrimping on parts.

over here in Germany it has the same price as the exposure 3510, so that would be an interesting match I suppose !

I have only heard the KI Ruby amp at a show - its was very impressive
how does sound compare to cheeper a100
they have a similar circuit, but the a100 just has less power and no dac compared to the a200.

Good amount of features but not enough power for the money in my opinion. Would rather spend some extra for the Twice as much piwerful rotel ra 1592

Both YBA and Moon offer smooth lush sound. Moon digs deeper in the bass.

I used to own a 100. . I sold it for a tube amp. The connectors on the back were garbage.
