I got mine done like months ago and I heard it was so painful too I freaked out and was going to back out but the guy that did it made me feel comfortable and did it fast so it honestly didn't hurt that much my pain tolerance is so low but it was like a 3/10. Be careful and clean it out with saline spray I recommend the H2Ocean one it works wonders mine got infected once because I accidentally cleaned around my piercing with a makeup removing wipe that I was using for all my face. I got mine pierced a few days ago actually I was super nervous bc I had watched videos where ppl say it hurts a lot, ppl crying, even my student teacher’s experience and my mom telling me about her experiences with relatives and her own piercings. I was so scared I was shaking so bad I thought I was gonna pass out but the lady was super nice she was comforting me, she told me she wouldn’t pierce me without my permission, she explained the tools before using them, she said she’ll talk to me while she pierced me or she can count. I’m a person who likes to be aware so I told her to count. She also reassured me that the skin on my nose is thin so it won’t hurt that much and she was right. My pain tolerance is mid but tbh it didn’t even hurt obv it did a little but it was like a sharp pinch I would give it a 3/10. I was so worried for no reason lol but I’m so happy with it and I can’t wait to change it in a few months. It’s also so easy to clean and not even painful I was told to clean it 3 times a day with saline solution which is basically salt and water which is what I also recommend bc using alcohol and irritate the piercing and skin. :))
