Borderline from Thin Lizzy is such an underrated track, the whole Johnny the Fox album is amazing. I'm glad these guys brought this stuff to life as they did
One of my favourite newcomer bands. Very talented, and their album 'The Cauldron and the Cross' is a masterpiece to my ears. This release is already a loveable thing.. Edit: This Thin Lizzy cover is amazingly good
Thanks this is my birthday ! But difficult to cut these tracks. Hope i did not fuck up. 1. Lost in Time 0:00 2. Seven Sisters 5:28 3. Borderline (Thin Lizzy cover) 12:44 4. Avenger (Reprise) 16:58 5. Cast to the Stars 18:46
Beautiful! Very interesting acoustic covers, so different from the originals, but still brilliant. Love the renaissance element. Next gig should be in the wood, around the campfire. Until then around bandcamp fire. :) Thanks for the upload! \m/
Lyrics r great, sound like a bittle folk, but the title and the artwork say it by themselves, definitelt Seven Sisters r experimenting with their music, thats fantastic cause experimenting its another way to see the music, anyway i love it and love they more with their classic heavy metal that introduce me to this guys... thats Interesting, cheers from Perú dudesss!!!
If you want to hear how the band sounded at its roots, we recently remastered our first demo and single and is out to order on vinyl sevensistersheavymetal.bandcamp.com/album/echoes-of-a-distant-time Thanks again for the kind words #powerandglory
For anybody wondering why there is an acoustic EP on this channel, these songs are have been reworked by Seven Sisters, original below th-cam.com/video/ELgg27BGE7c/w-d-xo.html
Why not to be? This channel promotes heavy metal bands, and Seven Sisters is a heavy metal band which did acoustic covers of their heavy metal songs (not only :)), so why not to promote that work too, when it is related to the heavy metal very much. So many Metal Gods did acoustic versions of their own songs or even other people's folk songs (e.g. Judas Priest). Experimenting with styles and techniques, and making your own covers which are as good as originals, but again different, is a clear evidence of very talented, experienced and mature musicians. When and if this mess is over, you should make an acoustic night, I am sure loads of "pure and heavy" metalheads will come and enjoy acoustic heavy metal music. Keep rocking and cheers! \m/
Yo Peter, if you want to hear us when we bust out the electrics remastered our original demo and single not too long ago sevensistersheavymetal.bandcamp.com/album/echoes-of-a-distant-time give it a spin and fear not, for we have new music coming soon with all the bells and whistles you can ask for #powerandglory

So deep and elegant!
My Celto-Germanic Soul just flew away to England's Woods.
Ohhh that intro. Chills. These guys, Dark Forest. Some really great UK musicians pouring out some great metal these days.
Absolutely beautiful. Thank you
Aptly titled! I could totally chill next to a campfire while listening to this.
