Wow it so yummy wanna try this but without using oven, I think it's possible to bake using rice cooker.

My wife used to make a delicious banana bread, but that mango bread looks good. I am wondering why walnuts are in the recipe. I have never used walnuts in cooking, I would have thought almonds or pecans would be better, but I guess you could just about use any nut or no nuts. Hopefully my KP mango tree will produce fruit next year, it hasn't for a couple of years.
