    • @anshuljain9561
      @anshuljain9561 4 ปีที่แล้ว

I have some doubts. I request you to pls help.
      1st Doubt :
At 18:03, you said double government was introduced. Was this introduced in all the provinces..? E.g. Madras presidency, Bombay presidency and bengal presidency.. ??
Or only in bengal presidency (being the most pwerful to look after the Entire India)..??
      2nd Doubt :
      At 17:50
Double Government was Introduced by the Pitts India Act 1784. Court of Directors will take Commercial decisions. Boardxof Control will take Administrative, Military and Political decisions.
Then, which decisions will be taken by the 4-member council created in 1773..??
Was the 4 member Council created in 1773 abolished in Pitts India Act..??
      3rd Doubt :
At 20:50, Is Governor General of India a part of East India Company..?
At 20:05, you mentioned that Governor General of India was vested with all the Legislative powers of the Entire India in 1833.
But, at 20:43, EIC will be only an Administrative body.
If Governor General of India is having all the Legislative powers of entire India , then why are we saying that East India is having only administrative powers..??
(Assuming, Gov Gen of India is a part of EIC)
      4th Doubt :
At 20:45, You said EIC was given only administrative powers..??
Does this include Commercial powers and Revenue Collection and Maintenance also..??
      5th Doubt :
At 24:45, You said A separate Legislative Council was established, for the first time..
But, at 19:25, you had mentioned Provincial Legislative Councils were abolished..
That means, before 1833, various provinces in India had Legislative Councils.
Then what is so special about the Legislative Council of 1853 Act..??

Sir, I have some doubts.

@Anshul Jain Firstly watch the entire video and then read laximikanth also refer internet....He is just showing you the path how to deal with polity.
Your third doubt, when British started making regulating acts ,it's obvious that Governer General belongs to British.
