Jabari Burton that’s not a fair comparison. we seen what rose is capable of. We got a glimpse of what could’ve been. Questions like why can’t he be the best in the league. When is he gonna bring back a championship to the city of Chicago. What would his hall of fame career look like. That’s why I said his story is so tragic. Because those thoughts were brought up and then taken away. That wasn’t the same for Len bias as great of a college player and athlete he was and could’ve been. It was different scenarios.

Derrick Rose was my favorite player growing up and was the one that actually got me into the sport of basketball . I used mimick my play style after him and he was very influential to a lot of the late 90s baby . It’s ashamed this generation couldn’t watch home before that acl injury that derailed him . Glad he still playing til this day but definitely deserved a championship

D rose his quickness, handles, vertical leap and what I'd say that made him so special on top of that was his body control in the air even with contact from bigger bodies and still finishing strong like he wasn't a big dude but played like a monster I believe and of course this is only my opinion and hypothetical at that he could of been the best point guard ever had he been able to have a career where he maintained the athleticism and explosiveness throughout his career and it's just unfortunate it played out the way it did for him and quite a few other promising talent

It was just a different type of atmosphere. Not to take anything away from Lebron or Kobe, they are ALL TIME GREATS but I didnt get that type of energy from watching them. People were real live excited to see D-Rose play. Everyone knew how special he was and still is. He still filling up arenas. He still got more legacies to chase.
