Gotta love how a speedster who can react to bullets and lightning is getting murked by regular humans and standing there doing nothing about it
That's the thing about The Flash's inconsistencies, they get worst every season 😒. He literally blitzed someone who could read his mind a couple episodes before this. Even if he doesn't want to hurt them, he should still be able to safely take most of his friends out of the battlefield or subdue them.

I love the part where we know for certain that Batty has super reflexes yet he still choose to wear the yellow suit. Which for him it must have felt like an entire day just looking at it, surprised, and suddenly acted impressed when he ran back into the room as if he was so fast he changed without noticing what clothes he was putting on.

It’s honestly sad how the first season was the best. You would think after all these years, the seasons would be better but nope.
I like how much they do all that "look I'm as fast af I can pick up bullets midair so I'll just stay and catch as much punches as I can"-thing. Really intertaining.
Honestly it would be pretty interesting to see Barry wrestling with the implications of the situation and then choosing to stay as the Reverse Flash.
Think about it, his greatest enemy is now the hero Barry used to be, so instead of being a force for evil, Thawne is now a force for good. And now that Barry retains all his memories and experiences as the Flash, him being the Reverse Flash can also become a force for good, he doesn’t need to do evil things nor is he forced too, so in this situation Barry has finally neutralized Thawne, as he needs to continue being a hero or everyone will see through his act. Meanwhile Barry is free to continue doing good as the Reverse Flash.
In this kind of situation the only thing downside is that he has to sacrifice his previous friends and family. Having Barry face such a moral dilemma would be interesting, to have Thawne be redeemed (or at least being forced to be hero) while losing his friends and family would be a selfless sacrifice, while to selfishly choose his friends and family would have Thawne become a villain again.
Man, this would be the perfect counter to Thawne's plan.
If he did this, I think Thawne would go nuts in no time LOL. They should've explored this idea, it's really smart.

He's so op that if the plot was actually written with common sense, this episode would have lasted 15 mins, bare in mind he has speed thinking and is able to stop time and talk to other speedsters, the CW flash is nerfed to absolute oblivion and is just thick in the head.

For someone who "is the fastest man alive" he sure is slow af when fighting everyone
So think what happened is that thawne barged into Barry's lab and pushed him out of the way at the moment of impact got hit instead and Barry went insane after getting drenched in all those chemicals causing to be crazy and insane enough to develop the negative speed force.
But all the clips have people calling him crazy and a psychopath. Thawne is all those things but he's calm about it. I wonder if the Barry in this timeline is legit crazy and homicidal?

@@waguastind9480 Well like Furion said, Eobard pushed Barry Allen from getting hit by a lightning, so Eobard instead got hit by a lightning before he was a Reverse Flash, now his lightning is yellow which changed the timeline.
