Both cases are good. Personally, I prefer the Y70 more. The reason is that is has better cooling and is also more suitable for maintenance. Moreover, it also supports an LCD installation on the front. Hope this helps!

Me to. I have 3200 to blow on a new pc and this build is the model for sure. Cant do everything here but I can get it very close. This will be my first PC to build myself in like 13yrs lol. The fans on the bottom are they standard or reverse? I know the side ones are and the 140 on the back as well correct?

Bench tests are performed with fixed rpm. However, PWM is controlled based on the higher temperature btw the CPU and GPU. Please check this link: getfancontrol.com/

Thinking about copying this build exactly. I'm planning on picking up the parts around Black Friday time. The main use for this will be for game design/development. Currently taking a Udemy course and have learned a lot so far. However, there is much more I need to learn. The software I currently use right now is UE5, Blender, Gaea, Visual Studios C++, Quixel Mixer, and various other programs. Currently, I'm using a 1050TI with a 7th gen I5 CPU, 16gigs memory, 2tb m.2ssd. This build would be a huge upgrade for me, but does anyone think an AMD build will be good for what I plan on doing? I also plan on getting the Samsung OLED 240hz 0.03ms 49" monitor.

this is a beautiful build. i have been working on a very similar build after watcing your video. lovely design. i have an issue regarding the liam li controller. i have the same one (i think) it looks the same and has the 4 larger thinner slots for the fans. my controller cables are sealed into the unit. could i ask where you connected the large six pin connector .... i assume it connects to the power supply but i dont seem to have a psu cable suitable. did you buy another cable? thanks for any help. steve
@@SNAPSHOTREVIEW Yep! Absolutely love them :) It's a real pity that Lian Li AIOs don't have the option of having TL fans with it and u have to purchase 3 additional ones to replace them. The ironic thing is the TL fans actually have better static pressure than the SL ones that come with said AIO! 🤦♂
my latest pc i built at the end of march is the y70 red and black case with the same fans, they are all very nice, used a nzxt kraken cpu cooler radiator
The port number 1 is incompatible with LCD one, so you should use with another ports. If the connector is loose, the light might not come on. btw, did you fix it?
There aren't any specific guidelines, but I think focusing on the balance of intake and exhaust, as well as the direction of airflow, should be sufficient.

Wanted to swap the motherboard in this build with the Asus ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI ATX AM5. Will this still work as far as required headers go for those fans? Not sure if I'd need any adaptors.

For the Y70, if you're installin intake fans on the side, it's better to use reverse cooling fans.For the rest, just go with normal ones.

How did you connect aio 3 fans and back fan to same controller?
It comes with two controllers and I’ll be out of usb if I try to connect both
I used one USB port for the AIO, and all the other fans are connected dto the L-Connect 3 controller. Therefore, two USB ports are sufficient.

상단 배기에서 수랭 쿨러 호스는 보통 400mm 정도라서 말씀하신 쪽까지 충분한 길이가 될 것 같습니다.

Is there anyway to raise the bottom, to run lian li infinity fans down there too for more rgb?
The bottom fans can only be installed inside.
Therefore, the RGB effect might not be noticible.

Yes, the GA II comes in various versions, but I purchased the one with the standard RGB fans. I'm not sure if anyone would buy these.

How did you connect both controllers (AIO and 3pack) since you need three usb connections? I only have two on the same motherboard.
The TL fans can use four ports on a single controller.
I used three ports, one each for AIO, rear, and side fans.

유니팬이 PWM 조절을 하면 나름 괜찮은데요.
감성을 포기한다면, ARCTIC P12 ARGB가 조금 괜찮긴합니다.
리안리 유니팬 P28의 경우 배기로는 괜찮은데 흡기로는 소음이 조금 있어서요.
소음에 민감하시다면, 대안은 사실 녹투아 A12x25 밖에 없긴해요.
Will this setup work well with 4090 or need more fans or better motherboard ?
The cooling and motherboard are already sufficient. However, if you want better aesthetics, you can opt for a higher-end motherboard.

What about the Uni Hub that you use? Is it included with something? Because it's not written on the parts list.
The Uni Hub is included by default with the Lian Li TL 3-pack.

I see that you didnt use the SL fans that came with the AIO but instead used the TL fans.. :) I think that gives the build a very clean look~

i need to upgrade my fish tank
it can fit 10 fans but only support top 360 aio and bottom 360 aio
When I plug my non lcd lian li fans into the v2 controller they don’t turn on or light up
The port number 1 is incompatible with LCD one, so you should use with another ports. If the connector is loose, the light might not come on. btw, did you fix it?
What do I need to know for installing so many fans?
There aren't any specific guidelines, but I think focusing on the balance of intake and exhaust, as well as the direction of airflow, should be sufficient.
@@SNAPSHOTREVIEW From what I know, fans need to be hooked to the motherboard and if the connectors are already used, I need an adapter to chain more fans into channels, right?

I use the Canon R6 Mark II with RF 24mm F1.8 and RF 35mm F1.8 lenses. It's a great combo for shooting in tight spaces.
Wanted to swap the motherboard in this build with the Asus ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI ATX AM5. Will this still work as far as required headers go for those fans? Not sure if I'd need any adaptors.
Except for the two ARCTIC P14 fans at the bottom, all the fans used are Lian Li Uni Fan series. Therefore, no additional adapters were used!

No, the fans are Lian Li TL and were purchased separately.
You can find the 4080S by searching for "Founders Edition"
Will this build work in a y60?
The Y60 supports a maximum of two 140mm side fans and one 120mm rear fan.
Except those things, it should work!
Great build, looks awesome. I would just choose a B650E or X670E motherboard as it would be more future proof.

When using the TL fans (which look way better) instead of the stock AIO fans do they still make use of PWM depending on the temperature of the CPU?

Yes! It's around 20% at idle, and the maximum PWM is the one shown in the thermal test.
Was going to do a non rgb build but nevermind. I appreciate you showing everything to include the boxes cause this is exactly what i am going to build now. Im using a merc 7900 xtx and a 7800x3d should have it done in a month or 2 thanks.

It's a thermal paste guard and doesn't affect it at all.

oh alright, i was alarmed cuz builders remove the transparent film from the cpu cooler and i saw u put one, was like "huh?", anyways good to know lol
I took out rectangle glass , and put 3 fans right there on mine
