What you're saying makes no sense at all; you're comparing a mouse to a controller. Plus, on consoles, many players are literally bots. On top of that, playing as a Tier V against Tier 2 or Tier 3 players is incomparable due to better weapons.
@arandombloke There absolutely are. Im on Xbox, and I've played with plenty of "PC" players that are either as blind as Ray Charles or mentally challenged enough they cant hold or push objectives even if a gun was held to their head.
