1)I would have liked to have served on the jury for this trial. 2)Anytime you don't like the verdict, you can appeal. If Tim had Trump's lawyers he would appeal all the way up to SCOTUS. 3)Thank goodness his appeal was denied. 4)Pleading the fifth to the question "Have you ever worked at Sweetie Pie's?" Makes no sense to me, how would answering this question honestly result in self-incrimination?
Ms Robbie, you created a monster. And he had policy in your name. Your son did this to his own nephew his own brother's son he took your grandson life. Just for life insurance policy on you as well. This is great news although I knew he wouldn't get an appeal. I still don't understand why. I know He wanted the life insurance money, but what happened 2 yrs prior that made Tim set forth this plan? What could have happened to make him want Andre out of the way? Did Ms. Robbie put Andre in her Will?
Ms Robbie didn't testify bc my thought is that she knew too much, she played a part in getting Andre back to St Louis and then taken out, the txt mgs she sent saying horrible things to Andre, his sister heard the conversation on the phone of Ms Robbie dis-owning Andre. So she would have opened the door to Questions that she did not want to answer. Tim brought his hips from prison after 10 years and ruined everything for his family that quick. They were happy before Tim got out. Its like Tim snapped bc when I think abt how he all of a sudden needed large sums of money, using his mom name to open restaurants after she told him to stop. Why didn't he keep running the restaurants they had already and I'm sure Ms Robbie would have loaned him what he needed. He wanted to boss Ms Robbie, Boss up in that prison kitchen Tim for life. He did it to himself.
