    You got this system down pat. Now you just need a copper wire bailer.

    The Stator Wrecker is a machine. Between Steve on the air chisel and you on the jaws, you need to find more motors. Small transformers are good, but you make more per hour on the motors. Great job!

    Holly shit, That was one a different way to heat up your workshop. Pyro mania at a new level. Man you and Steve are different, most of the time we don’t know what to expect in your videos. This video should get your viewers talking. Good on you fellas.

    It’s amazing how different people are. You freak out when temps get down to 70 and I deal out when they get up to 70. I’m a cold weather kinda guy but live in northwest Georgia. If I can talk my wife into it we’re going to Alaska lol

    • @Bamapride1000
      @Bamapride1000 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We used to have a thing that heated em up without fire and the glue would get soft and we could pull it. We had a press to deal with smaller stators and we used pressure to break all that shit loose but we wasn’t saving anything from em either

    That big ass blue rotor has a key way that held on the small one you cut off with the torch. The large section is also held on with a key way. Remove the key will help get it off the shaft you want to keep.

    • @ProjectShopFl
      @ProjectShopFl  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't think you could remove the key without cutting or pressing the plates off.

    It's amazing how powerful hydraulics are. The copper drum is filling up nicely. Really enjoy watching the wrecker in action. The fans look like they're doing their job to pull out all the smoke and fumes. Do you have another fan by the garage door pulling in fresh air? Looking forward to Part 5. Nice job fellas.

    • @ProjectShopFl
      @ProjectShopFl  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The fans pulling the air out the back door are pulling fresh air in the front door.

    I think that a faster/bigger pump on the hydrologics would be nice to get a little faster turnaround time on getting the copper out of the rotors and stators. Keep up the awesome work 👍🤙🏾 From Hawaii

    Why couldn't you use your impact hammer to put a sharpened punch through the copper, thin loop a chain around it or make a double-hook to hook on each side of it.

  • @brucewright5061
    @brucewright5061 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    You need to turn that stator around and then pull the shaft out just using the chain.

    Good job overall.Me personally,I would have stood the unit up vertically,soak the shit out of with PB Blaster and let it sit overnight.The stuff is awesome for this kind of application and would have broke down the rust and provided lubrication.
