I know a guy that plays a spicy U7 clash deck. A ton of 1 drops and clash when the board gets wide. Looks fun. I should send it over at some point. But this list looks fun too. By the way I tried your Vegeta deck and it worked just as advertised. Keep cooking man!

As a person who has been playing U7 for most of set 1. I do have some things to say for U7
No extras honestly feels correct? Since U7 doesn’t really need the help in the offense as they already have great offense. The only card I could see being used is Glimpse mainly because that makes the offense a bit better? But it’s costs too much, maybe Barrier could also be an option but regardless, extras are not needed in U7. Also Assemble can be considered.
17 SR is bad, unless going against Broly or Zamasu, if the protection effect he has was given to all cards, then he’d be pretty good.
You can debate in adding Beerus 5 drop or Goku 5 drop, you can add both but it’s kinda bad having tons of 0’s. The 3 drop is really good so maybe we can cut him off, but regardless, I play Beerus in my build mainly because it is a board wipe.
The Android 18 from set 2 is pretty good too, a card that is promo goku but can be searched of assemble, if you run it.
Caulifla is sometimes useful? I don’t think we need to run 4 copies, I think 2 or 3 is nice but then again I’m playing Hit on my list 😅, and hit is pretty good.
Outside of that, good list!

I wouldn’t say “don’t play this deck” this deck can do good, even if it ain’t starterku, however I do agree that in the red tier list this deck would be the worse, as you use the cards from hand to save your threads, that’s why I said “playing no extras feels correct?” The question mark makes me believe the deck can play extras and do better, assemble to get your pieces, barrier to be defensive and glimpse for offense, but then again.
Having 4 vegetas ain’t good, that’s a fact, he’s only good against blue matchups, mainly goku black, I would take him off for something like piccolo that takes a bigger cost but better results. Your list was fine but in my opinion in wasn’t the best to fight against the meta overall.

I've been trying to come up with a list that put pressure to TopKu and also don't do that bad against Blue, but have been really hard when Topku has always answer to anything, is there a way you could share a list of yours to test against the current meta at my locals?
@@Lex_417 so unfortunately, my only experience in this game IRL is against Goku Black, I haven’t really adapted my deck to any other matchups, but I also haven’t gone completely GB counter, it’s still Blue Vs Red matchup and I currently don’t have my upgrades. But from what I’ve seen and played in previous matches on digital.
-Yellow and Green aren’t really an issue when playing U7, Yellow Vegeta may freeze your stuff but you are making him waste his extras or super combos thanks to the constant poking you are doing, U7 specifically has a harder time against control decks as the passive doesn’t really help a lot on those matchups, also, you can’t defend your threats easily against all decks, unlike starterku where you can just use the passive the defend, that’s why I believe in the yellow matchup U7 needs to apply pressure as soon as they can save only the important shit. Green is just easier as the pressure you set up has more chance of being faster than green’s set up.
Lastly, Blue, U7’s worse matchup color wise. It really depends if they brick or not, if they Mai SR turn 1, you probably do not want to hit the leader with your Hit/Caulifla/Krillin, as they’ll just awaken, my matchups against GB go like that. Zamasu 1 drop pretty much outs Roshi no problem if we go first or second and they get follow up, Vegito 3 drop and that Zamasu are also annoying as they just bounce our 2 or 1 back, which are very important in early game. End game it feels like it’s just a desperate attempt to draw the card you need(mostly being Beerus or double striker) double striker is ok, because 40k double strike, Beerus is also really good because board wipe, against blue he kinda works since he board wipes small stuff and 40k crit is neat. But it’s a whole struggle for the entire match.

3 drop Tien EATS w/ U7 goku
Android 17 is a must it boosts your u7 goku and gets a boost from your leader
It was in a previous version that I tested and the card was really bad. It’s great against green, but that’s already a favorable matchup.

@@David91690I didn’t try that card since I felt like I needed the double strikers more (and I don’t want too many 0 combo 5 drops), but I do think that card could have a place in this deck.
Disagree. 17 is like if you don’t have the 3 drop goku, if you do then there is no reason to run him, only against Zamasu and Broly. If 17 have the protection buff to all cards, then he’d be considered

I would agree. Vegeta at 4 is not a great option, running 3 3 drop goku would be kind of ideal? And the double striker isn’t that needed honestly, we can put in Beerus to take care of the board since the double striker doesn’t really do a lot for us. And maybe some extra cards like assemble or something can be added.
@@susanoproductions4912 I agree. Vegeta is a throw. And Vs Top Lu 3 Kefla netting more cards wins out and 5 drop beerus is far too important against red right now to run 0 of. And 17 is insane with the Kefla package. 30k body that buffs leader 5
@@tcgdiscussions2413 I only disagree on 17. He’s a 0 combo power, you already run 3 drop Goku’s up to 4 thanks to his 30k swings and ability to neg, then you run either Beerus or Goku for the 5 drop, both being 0 combos you run at 2, so that would make 6 0 combos, we cannot make it pass that, as that is way to many 0’s. Adding 17 in exchange for 1 3 drop goku is acceptable, but 17 cannot be added more than 1 copy, his leader buff is mid at best, it allows leader to swing at Broly or Zamasu no problem, while the 20ks leaders now will need a 10k, it doesn’t make that much of a difference anyway, and the protection effect is terrible, if he have it to all cards on your field that be amazing, but no, it is only to himself.
I personally do not run him, however, as a 1 of, by putting 3 of the 3 drop goku, I think it’s ok, but it’s way to many 0’s for a card that doesn’t do much for the deck outside of being a 25k that Kefla can summon. Gohan and Godku or even Frieza are better targets than him.
