It works!!!! I do it 3-5 minutes 2 times a day. Your arms are gonna hurt and it takes some time to get used to but I've been doing it now for a month and a half and you really do see results. You just have to be consistent. I know what times we get lazy but if you like the way it looks this is the way to go.
