One shot na 3000m, sobrang maraming maraming salamat sa warm welcome and guidance TEAM TRI 2600 without them hindi ko alam kung matatapos ko ang route na to ng hindi natukod. Sobrang thank you! Pagbalik ko sana mas ensayado na ko kasi grabe talaga sa UNLI AHON diyan sa Cordillera! Kakaiyak. Hahaha, pero sobrang naging masaya at memorable ang ride na ito kahit sobrang hirap. Sa mga gusto mag-try nga route, be sure na enough yung nutrition niyo at may ensayo kayo kasi nutrition, correct pacing, proper gearing (wag niyo na po ako gayahin naka 50/34 11/28 ako diyan 😭)& cycling mileage is a must talaga para matapos ito. PS: Pasensya na sa part na medyo maalog :( Pero sobrang bilang lang naman yun, pwede niyo skip konti yung part ng maalog if nakakahilo talaga.
Napaka humble mo Ineng, although totoo naman na kung walang paalala si Sir Alf (Salute sa iyo Sir), baka nga (baka lang) hindi mo kinaya, but I believed in you, ibang nilalang ka pagdating sa bike pati si Eisett, grabeng babae yan. Nsa 16-17kg sguro sya. With brakerub dn. After that ride ay ramdam kontlga improvement sa lakas at stamina. Nxt time balikan ko yan. Ibuo ko din once makaipon ng pang upgrade sa bike hehe. Congrats ulit. Matagal ko na to napanuod, nirewatch ko lang ulit. May 24 gradient pala dun sa pauwi. Grabe.

The Going Get's Tough - The Tough Get's Going....drink a lot of fluids (with electrolytes) before and during the climb to eliminate/reduce muscle cramps. Always face and challenge yourself when doing long climbs, keep your rhythm of breathing, don't be afraid of the road gradient, keep a steady and comfortable pace, watch your max heart rate (220 bpm minus your age is the max heart rate)..if the legs started to hurt, lower your pace, if the pain is unbearable and cramps is setting in then stop and recover.....

Also, road bikes also have triple cranks. What size is your inner ring? 34T is what I use and it is perfect on hills. But I don't think I would make it yp that hill. I'd be afraid I'd roll backwards.

We have a place here call Barrington Hills. There arw some steep ones, but they only last a short distance of maybe a 2 block climb at the most. There is one that last 4 blocks and it's pretty steep. But I am terrible at hills. I don't think I would make it. But I probably could with the rests stops. I admire you doe giving it a shot and completing it. And since you are recording, wr know you must complete. I would live to try that hill. But I would be cramping like crazy.

I'm considering the Twitter thunder or the Twitter Cyclone Pro as my first road bike of choice. What size do you suggest for the right road bike size for me?? I'm 55 years old. 5 feet 7 inches tall and weigh 80 kgs. I have been riding a mountain bike for 3 years now. I hope you can help me. I have ridden to Antipolo and timberland on my mountain bike.

Dito sa Baguio mountain bike ang ginagmit namin..mas mabigat with 2.3inch tires..dapat mas madali na yang road bike..
