You could definitely state that, the worst part was that her husband told her that she could drive through water because she was driving a BMW. I'm not sure if he imagined her going through that much water, especially at that speed...
that does 2 things.. #1 makes suer you aint going to drive in 12 feet of water and gives you plenty of time to stop and back up.. and #2 keeps the water out of your motor. i have a 96 honda civic. has an aftermarket intake... been threw twice that much water with no issue.
i think its funny... oh flood. flood water.. thats ok.. ill just do 90 mph threw it... its stupid... once that water goes above your intake intake thats it.. your screwed... for example.. this woman in the BMW could have made it with no problem... just take your time.. go really slow and easy..
