They really nailed the "imperfect beauty" when they animated adult Cait. She's undeniably meant to be attractive. She's a tall, slim, woman with a pretty face and great figure. Vi said it best. She's hot (Cupcake). But she isn't perfect. She also has a tooth gap and eyebags. Little imperfections that actually add character and depth to her overall look. She has a tooth gap that she's never fixed, likely because she doesn't know or care about how she looks, despite being beautiful. She has eyebags probably because she takes her job really seriously, and likely works long hours despite her privilege. Those little flaws make her look more human, more relatable, and IMO, even more attractive. I really love how she looks here. Much more than her look in the game.
While i understand why people would hate her design in game. I also understand that characters especially human ones need to have atleast presentable look especially in their splash arts. They have to be at their best selves much like you want to have your best side when taking a photo.

Katie Leung does such a good job of making Caitlyn’s earnestness shine through (and her voice is rich and pleasant, Im envious), and the animators do a fantastic job of showing how intelligent and focused and hardworking she is via body language
I love Caitlyn inside and out. She is beautiful but not "perfect" and her personality and character makes me melt. The voice work is also excellent, the accent is actually sexy and her voice brings so much heart to the character. Katie Leung does a gorgeous job befitting a gorgeous character.

I don't agree, yes we didn't get as much of her as we might have wanted but what we did get had a lot more going for it than you are giving it credit for here. I could write a whole essay about it, but I don't have to because there is a brilliant video essay about her by Tilda Owen. do check it out, she does an amazing job of breaking down what is very obviously her favorite charakter. Lots of details can be unearthed because as usual for Arcane every scene is chock full of charakter and hidden gems.

Her storyline this season was basically her journey to realizing that her preconceived notions about the undercity were wrong and discovering that Piltover isn’t as benevolent as they paint themselves. We see her thirst for truth and justice throughout the show, we see how talented she is as a detective, and we see her passion for helping those who have been disenfranchised by both Piltover and Silco. Sorry for the text wall, I just did an Arcane rewatch 😅
