I like the gimmick of the dinner feast in the sky, but not if dance club synth pop beats are thumping from the speakers overhead. (The clownish MC is also an unnecessary distraction.) The background music is irredeemably awful--indeed so bad that I was compelled to mute the video and put on some Vivaldi. Bouncy Baroque tunes are way better for this type of novelty dining experience--and I'd insist on it, if I could afford to travel to Belgium and enjoy a sumptuous meal in that setting.

It sounds like the video editors just added a stock audio track because they probably picked up a lot of background noise at those heights. At one point they're listening to Queen.

Makes sense. Too bad the editors have poor taste in music. (Surely, there must be some stock Baroque music that can be piped in. A cheesy nightclub mix just doesn't work for this vid.)
As for the organizers' onsite playlist, it still wouldn't work for me in that setting. Queen is more appropriate for a packed stadium or other sports venue. Whereas a dining room and kitchen hoisted high above a Belgian countryside with a vintage cathedral in the background, a star Italian chef and S. Pelegrino as a sponsor, calls for Vivaldi and other Italian Baroque composers.
