@slowka yea he definitely led them to getting slaughtered vs the eagles that year.... they best a bunch of bad teams to get there but yes, go on loser & come play with me in traffic
That means absolutely NOTHING. If Garrett Wilson was able to have over 1k yards receiving with Zach Wilson as his starting QB then Malik Nabers will surpass that with a better QB thab Zach Wilson. @judasmurdah9971
I've been keeping an eye on Nabers. I've seen his Giants training camp footage and that dude is gonna be a problem for any secondary. He holds every major LSU WR record and that says a lot considering Jamaar Chase, Justin Jefferson, Odell and many more came from there. They are lucky they got him because losing Barkley would have made their offense completely inept had they not got Nabers. I think he will be better than Harrison and Odunze. Time will tell.
The first thing I noticed about his game is what you pointed out, he gets north/south with urgency! He immediately puts his foot in the ground and dashes towards the end zone. He is gonna be an issue for all the db’s in the league
Nabers, OBJ, Jefferson, Chase, etc. = LSU excellence = potential great NFL career. Not since OBJ, wow, giants have been having too much focus on the wrong parts of the offense. As for his size, no problem, his physique will develop to David Boston-style, i.e., a WR that plays like a running back which is what the giants were attracted to. Great profile on Nabers.
Got a dynasty offer. I give Nabers and get Puka and a 25 2nd. Personally, I'm high on Nabers, but not super high on Puka (no valid reason). The talks I've had say I should take it. Thoughts?
Man that’s tough. Nabers is the more explosive playmaker, but Puka has the better QB, system, coaches etc. Pukas success is kinda the perfect storm and I’d say more of a sure thing than Nabers. I think I’d take it with the 2nd rounder thrown in
What a delight having these videos back after your recent and ongoing CFB content grind 🫡! Perhaps a video on Williams & Odunze and what Bears fans can expect from their new rookies who could well be franchise cornerstones for years to come?
Heh. I've been annoying him to look into their _play-calling_ for weeks if not months now. Waldron witnessed Canales engineer a great passing game for a year, the also acquired JSN, Bobo & Charbonnet. Yet somehow he accomplished less with all the more. & Geno was 4th lowest in off-target throws by % so it wasn't because of him. Matt Eberflus who boasted about meddling in the offense so convincingly that reporters that they stopped speaking to Getsy seemed to have allowed Getsy greater control weeks 8-10 of '22 as well as weeks 11 & 14-17 of '23. but the 3-week streak in '22 doubled their offense. So why'd they return to using plays they knew halved it for over a year? Play-calling makes a *ton* of difference.
@@billm7035 there are no below average starters on this line this assuming Evan Neal moves to the bench and Eleumunor starts at RT. Thomas is way better than good, he could be the best in the league and average would be a huge improvement to what they had last year. Of course it’s all dependent on health. If they stay relatively healthy it will be a solid unit, not great but they will give Jones time to throw.
@@lucasmartinez5703 Runyan is below average, check his ESPN and PFF stats. JMS was the second worst C in the entire NFL last season. He’s looking like a poor pick. Eluemunor is ok, Neal is pathetic and Joe may lose his job eventually because of that wasted draft capital on Neal and JMS. I’d bet money this OL will once again be ranked in the bottom 10. That means DJ will have a tough season and Nabers won’t matter.
The only issues are that now he has a QB that isn’t natural at his position, and the frustration that it’s going to cause from playing with his worst deep ball QB.
Malik Nabers is going to be DANGEROUS for the Giants this year!
You know it!
daniel jones is still the qb....
@judasmurdah9971 the same DJ that lead them to the playoffs.Go play in traffic

Yup he looks the real deal so far. A legit top 5 WR, can do it all! The LSU pipeline has been ridiculous these past few years
I can’t believe I got him in round 6 of my FF draft hahaha
He will transform this offense
True that
Checking in from a Rams fan. Alex is a interesting look from a Brother from across the pond.👍 He nails it.
Thank you so much man. This is huge support. I really appreciate it 🙌🏻
The ability to just go up and make a play, but also the explosion and creativity that makes him one of the most dangerous WR prospects since Chase.
Exactly this man. He’s got it all
Malik, Hyatt, WanDale and Slayton are burners and if the line blocks than DJ can throw for 25+ TDs
If the line and it’s new coach can work it out (and I think they can), the offense transforms completely
35 plus not 25.He threw 24 tds in 11 games as a rookie.
Walked into the room and immediately became arguably one of the best 5 players on the team.
Arguably the best depending on his performance.
The first thing I noticed about his game is what you pointed out, he gets north/south with urgency! He immediately puts his foot in the ground and dashes towards the end zone. He is gonna be an issue for all the db’s in the league
Like a good Nabers, Malik is there
😂😂 nice

Malik will elevate the whole WR corps. Hyatt, Slay, Wan'Dale all benefit from the presence and the example
I think this is 100% true

Appreciate the feedback, will certainly take it on board. Caleb/Odunze is a fun one for sure!

Malik smoking on Arnold at camp 😤
who else watching this after drafting your boi😂
Great choice my guy 😂🙌🏻
Jones better not mess this up!!
Nabers won’t get many shots with Jones lying on his back. Giants live and die by that OL
Their line is better on paper this year, but once again they’d have to stay healthy or it could get bad.
@@troybenson5767 Thomas is good, the rest are either average or well below average. Doubtful much will change.

Only JMS is the question mark at center. All other starters are great (Thomas) or average to good pass blockers (the rest). That's good enough.

I'm embarrassed how much better a Brit understands football than me, lol.
Giants lack of WR production is all about that PATHETIC OL.
If that O line improves this year he should have a big year. He can also win quickly helping the qb to get the ball out quicker.
They also have lacked a game breaker since OBJ.
He’s like OBJ plus 2 inches, 10-20 lbs of muscle, but just as fast
Which is quite a wild thing to think about honestly 😂
Right but who’s going to throw him the ball?
Yeah we might have to wait a year for All Pro Nabers 😬
Should I accept a trade Amari Cooper for Kirk and Nabers?
Oo tough, dynasty? I’d probably take it considering their age
Wandale is the guy
Underrated talent
Certainly going to be a problem, but it'll also be hard for Daniel Jones to get him the ball, man is blind
You’re not wrong 😂

No daniel jones has a good deep ball but he never gets to use it because hes sacked in 2 seconds
U can’t be a great WR with Daniel Jones at QB
