If you have a C7, the back comes off. Sometimes it takes a lot of effort - you may need a friend with very strong fingers (rock climber, car mechanic or farmer) - they all have strong fingers.
anyone have a problem with no notification sounds when its locked? unlocke and all, notifcations and pop up sounds come clear and on time but locking it, no sound, no screen lit on msgs from any kind of app. everything is unchecked, do not desturbed off, high volume, priority, heard it was a common thing. 🤔
Unfortunately, the Cloud C7 is a low-tier phone where the manufacturer has cut corners to make the phone affordable. So, some of the functionality is going to be less reliable, than say a newer iPhone or Samsung device. You can try: 1. go back to your security screen - remove your pin patter or password (change it back to swipe) then RESET your pin pattern or password and THEN PAY ATTENTION TO THAT VERY NEXT NOTIFICATION SCREEN and follow the instructions! If that works then don't do the next two. 2. take battery out and press the power button for 30 seconds - to drain all electricity from phone - then insert battery and power on. 3. back everything up and then factory reset it (it will erase everything from your phone) 3.

My screen still not turning on, charger works as well but the phone is at 2%

If you can see it is at 2% then the screen is on. Let it charge for another 30 minutes then try to turn it on again.

@@JasonClements no nothing. tried what you said and even a hard reset didn't solve it. might be just my phone i dunno or the firmware really.
