This is the future of shelter. Precast with roof and integrated box like structures revolutionery for India. Main concern is it requires crane for erection. Large scale unit making is economical and possible to complete a buildind at cost of 700 per sq ft.
Sir well explained,does Muncipality or corperation licencing easy procedure for these sort of houses,and actual cost incured to construct an house with 2 bed rooms with attach bath rooms with pooja,kitchen,dinening room with car shed and its cost comparsion with usual traditional Brick and cement construction.
