Then when it dried you see like concrete surface had lower 1/8 of an inch from the edge of the form. Like the concrete sucked in, or compressed. When you you caulking same thing You some of them in the seams and after dried then you see like the seam sucked in the product.

Usually homes in the U.S are made in wood. Sadly is this the reason they didn't stand the tornados of Texas and Oklahoma. However buildings are build to last. Why americans don't use masonry in those states to build their homes from foundation to roof? Is a little more expensive, and takes more time to build. However in the long run, is cost efficient because you build something that protect you from strong storms. That will also save money on home insurance.

This the best design for precast concrete structure. Just need small crane to install. Panel can do at factory for standard and quality . . But cost transportion Cost loading Cost including . And crane cost for installation . .. I think the best design is combination precast column ,beam and slab .but for wall use light weight panel polystyrene . Avoid to use crane is the best method overall .

제가 몇달 전부터 생각한 공법 그대로 구현했네요 사실 이렇게 해서 대량으로 만들어내면 집짓는 원가가 워낙 싸지니까 아파트 안살겁니다 저렇게 지으면 평당 1~2백만원 선에서 끝날거에요 30평 지어도 6천만원이면 지으니까 80평 도시근교 땅 평당 50만원 주고 4천만원에 사면 딱 1억이면 내집장만이 가능하지요 집 내부 시스템이야 아파트처럼 좋게 하면 될일이고 도로 주차장 널찍하게 설치해서 대량으로 전원주택을 공급하면 누가 미치지 않고서야 3억 5억 주고 아파트 살겠나요

Casas prefabricadas já existem há mais de cem anos. Isto aqui não é nada exitante alem de ter falta de uma escada entre os pisos.
