When a former tennant leaves or is evicted from a property they never leave it as they find it. Always a mess with still personal things they had left. Garden always a right mess. Unkempt. So, if it wasn't for council teams like this to have it would cost a lot, lot more by either the council & bill forward to owner or a private contractor to do the work & also bill can be made to the owner if privately owned.
It’s a shame some of the outdoor stuff couldn’t have been recycled but I know during Covid our places were t taking stuff either but they are now finally.
@@knightandsonswastedisposal we have to tip ours seperate from general and its about double the price a ton to tip, same as mattresses, £20 a mattress to dispose of
Everyone is so judgemental about the tenants who lived there! 😳 You don’t know what their circumstances were; they could have been overwhelmed by health issues, or other stressful events and been unable to cope with all that’s involved with having to move out! Life can take unexpected turns either suddenly, or build up over time, until it becomes too much to cope with, especially if the people do not have support from anyone outside their immediate family! 🥺
As my late Grandmother used to say, "Some people have no class, not even low".
Tenants should be made to clear all their mess up themselves, & get billed for redecoration! Disgusting behaviour 😤
Often they do - it`s called security deposit etc...
This should be classed as fly tipping-the former tenants should foot the bill for the clean up.Good job guys.
Oh my, you never know what you are walking into. Fantastic cleanup! Watching from USA, Savannah, Georgia.
It’s a right mess what we are usually walking right into but we enjoy the clean up.thanks for watching all the way from USA.
Great job guys!!! I know the landlord was extremely with your cleanup. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you.I think the neighbours were pleased too
Well done. Watching from Queensland Australia

Great job guys👍. Bet those "tennants" walked away scott free from that crap 😱
More than likely
I would never leave a house like that must off been bad tenants living there it's a lovely family home
They were probably told to clear the house.then put it on the drive and said it’s cleared lol
Nice work. Sad to see the toys, makes me feel bad for the kids living in that situation. Now Ben needs to come and clean that driveway lol
Thanks it was hard work but we do donate the toys to a nursery.i think Ben is too busy to help me😂

The garden seater from the 2nd dump still look good to me. If this is my country, everyone will be happy to bring the seater back to their home 😁
We do try to recycle as much as possible but we don’t always have time

Thank you for watching us it’s our pleasure to help Ben and paul
It’s a shame some of the outdoor stuff couldn’t have been recycled but I know during Covid our places were t taking stuff either but they are now finally.
I know some places are being too fussy we took 3 ton bags full of an old man’s clothes to a place and they said it all has to be washed first 😂
Good job 👍
Thank you

It’s a lot nicer now it’s cleaned up
Lovely houses

No problem :)
Lovely old job
Thank you
Well done guys
Thank you we enjoy the end results
What an excellent job.
Thank you
20k views is insane❤
Why don't you have a compactor truck for that kind of work?
We like to recycle some items and the bigger the trucks are the insurance is more expensive.
The bin lorry and tractor look like Bruder toys. They are like £50 each brannd new.
That’s expensive
Apologies nice job weeding
Thank you
Shameful wtf is wrong with people disgusting let them foot the bill and your wages
Great job. How on earth does your son keep his trainers so white 😂😂😂
That’s teddy the TH-cam editor for our channel.unfortunately my two sons live in Yorkshire.but they will be helping when they visit London
That waste yard should be reported for all that mess
this has got to be filmed a couple years ago? how are you tipping P.O.P.S with general waste?
No it’s this year and yes it was tipped with general waste which gets sorted and sent for incineration
@@knightandsonswastedisposal we have to tip ours seperate from general and its about double the price a ton to tip, same as mattresses, £20 a mattress to dispose of
Yes that’s right and some places are charging £75 per armchair or sofa
@@knightandsonswastedisposal Which I suppose is why people leave their old crap at the side of a road or on a farmers' track.
To be fair local councils dont help you cant take your rubbish to your local tip any more even though you pay for it in council tax
