  • Super SOFT and FLUFFY Milk Bread Loaf 柔軟蓬鬆牛奶土司 | Apron
    高筋面粉 bread flour 250g / 1,3/4cup
    细砂糖 caster sugar 15g / 2Tbsp
    鹽 salt 1tsp
    即溶酵母 instant yeast 1,1/2tsp
    鮮奶 fresh milk 180ml+-
    無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 15g / 1Tbsp
    长模Pan size 20cm x 8cm x 10cm
    摄氏180 / 华氏356 烤 20-25分钟
    Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20-25minutes

    I failed at making bread many times, but this time, I finally got it correct! Thank you so much, Apron :)
    For those who want to give it a try, I used :
    -Half bread flour, half plain flour
    -As I live in a humid country, I used 175g milk instead of 180g
    -I hand kneaded for around 30 minutes
    -After the first proof, the bread passed the windowpane test
    -The end result tasted and looked very good. I even made small buns out of it. No yeasty smell.

    I just baked this and did it with an electric hand mixer with the little dough hooks, and let me tell you it works just fine, so no if you don't have stand mixer, the bread comes out delicious anyways! great recipe! thank you so much!!

    Hi Apron I tried your bread recipe today. Everything was perfect except after baking the top was good with a nice crust but the bottom and sides were a bit soggy...not brown at all. I baked at 180 and for 25 mins. Please help as I would like to try again.

    @Apron Is there a possibility that you mistyped 15g of sugar? Because 2tbsp yields to 25g. I kept measuring and measuring and it just didn’t quite add up.

      Hi, the milk is room temperature, i knead the dough in the stand mixer about 20 minutes and normal bake at 180C

      @@Apronyoutube I baked the loaf and it is fantastic, looked just like yours did! I can't believe how soft and tasty it is. And so easy! It took 25 minutes to bake in my toaster oven, and I gave it another 5 minutes out of the tin just to finish baking the base of the bread. Baked 160C convection, bottom shelf. Wow! Thank you so much, Apron, you are magic

    Hi, can i ask a question? I know this is bread milk but can I substitute fresh milk with condensed milk or evaporated milk? I couldn't buy fresh milk right now because of MCO and it's been awhile since I eat bread. Living in country side give me a lot of disadvantages to buy supplies or foods 😢
    Btw, I have been scroll all your video to find an easy recipes to make a bread and this one look seriously good. Ty for the video ❤️

      You can just use the same amount of water instead of milk. I've baked it yesterday and it's still fluffy until the next day.

      Hi, suitable for room temperature milk in summer, warm milk in winter will better enhance yeast activity,can add the yeast into the lukewarm milk 20-30℃ for 10 minutes and knead the dough together with other ingredients

      @@aartitahiliani4795 it's all purpose flour with gluten flour added to it. For every cup of ap flour, remove 2 tbsp and replace it with 2 tbsp of gluten flour.
