I even made small buns out of it. No yeasty smell.
I just baked this and did it with an electric hand mixer with the little dough hooks, and let me tell you it works just fine, so no if you don't have stand mixer, the bread comes out delicious anyways! great recipe! thank you so much!!

Hi, suitable for room temperature milk in summer, warm milk in winter will better enhance yeast activity,can add the yeast into the lukewarm milk 20-30℃ for 10 minutes and knead the dough together with other ingredients

It took 25 minutes to bake in my toaster oven, and I gave it another 5 minutes out of the tin just to finish baking the base of the bread. Baked 160C convection, bottom shelf. Wow!
