This is the exact same method the agency I work for uses. Only I’m the one designing the homepage mock-up design, and developers build out the site using Divi. It’s a really good method! And great for SEO purposes as well. I switched from using Illustrator to XD about a month ago and the workflow is just insanely faster! I’ll still have illustrator open if I need to build custom shapes but most of the time I’m working in XD. Anyway! Great video! Good to see how my designs are built first hand!

I know you've worked a lot in Showit as well recently, what would you suggest I start out with? I have some Wordpress experience but with WPBakery (horrible builder in my opinion) and I've been playing around a lot in Showit but I'm not sure which one I should be using for clients!
Hmm, I do like showit but I prefer Wordpress + Divi. ShowIt still requires you to use Wordpress for blogging if that is of need for your website. I prefer to just have everything under one roof.
