WHY? Is no one talking about how every holiday season the printify providers go out of stock in Circle and Heart Ceramic Ornaments across the board? Yes, they restock, but it takes days and they can already run up to 12 days when they are backed up to ship. This coupled with the fact that last year they had 3 ceramic ornament printers and this year they only have 2 ceramic ornament print providers spells disaster for all of the shops who are selling them and trying to fill orders on time. Sorry, but it had to be said. Not one you tuber has mentioned this, even though they know full well it has happened and most likely will be worse this year. Yet, they continue to tout ceramic ornaments to make "content" and get views. I just wish the whole truth of it was being told.
EXACTLY!! Thank you for saying this!!! I love Hannah, Cassiy, Heather, etc. and I follow them all, and they provide very useful info, but, no, you're not going to make thousands. You're just not. I wish they would stop saying that.
This tutorial is fantastic! I've been thinking about starting my own Etsy shop with personalized ornaments. Does anyone have tips on the best places to source quality wood for multilayer ornaments?
Hannah , no words to describe how good you are, your videos making my life more and more easy to start develop my Etsy store. I dint posted it anything yet.
I just found the motivation to start selling them on my store, i'm lucky my provider awkward styles has them so I don't have to connect another pod, idk if I can connect 2 more companies.
Another great video, Hannah! Also working on my first personalized ornaments. I just started my shop in June & added my first listings until August. It's been a SLOW process for me, but I'm trying to ramp it up for Q4.
my big question is, is it better to focus on one type of product or customer? I see videos saying two different things. "Do your market research and create what is trending" but I also see people saying your shop should look coeshive and shouldn't try to target everything and everyone just because it is doing well. That is my main issue with my shop I feel like I look like a walmart or target instead of a Ray Ban store where people know what to expect from the store when they click on it. But what is your opinion on that? How many products should one store focus on and how many target audiences should they try and target ?
Wow great videos !!! But I'm wondering how to put those designs on a different mockups not the one from printify ..other ones i downloaded sometimes its hard ...i would like to see a tutorial from you explaining how to do that ...thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you. I understand the process for personalizing, but how does Printify get the address to send the ornament and tracking to? Do you also need to add it in Printify and also where do you find the shipping address in Etsy?
Hello Hannah! Thank you for doing this video and thank you for the coupon code. I am going to try Kittl! Question for you...once I create my design in Kittl, download it to my files, create my mockup in Printify....how do I edit the file that I downloaded to change the personalized names when I get an order? Do I have to go back into Kittl to do that? Do you have a video on that? Thank you so very much for your help!
Hey Hannah, I've been learning from your videos for two weeks now. You are Doing Great , Is There Any chance we could team up for video editing and thumbnail design?
I started adding the ceramic ornaments, but the people in the POD Rockstars Group said that the quality and breakage are not so great. What experience have you had with these?
I personally feel like the quality is good. I think the packaging can sometimes be on the less protective side, but Printify will always make the order right if there are ever problems.
What are your thoughts or anyone's thoughts/experiences on this? I have been reading on different POD FB groups that the ceramic ornament designs are coming out very badly, in particular, the watercolor designs. Either the color is not true to the original design and/or the designs are very blurred, ie. Christmas trees have little to no definition, the edges are cut off, or there is white rim around the ornament, where it should be blue as an example, and that the design, itself is extremely off centered. It scares the heck out of me to even consider doing these. I do hear the metal flat ones come out looking great, but do customers even like those type? Waiting til next year to consider selling these, when hopefully, these issues are addressed. I wonder how many customer complaints are going to come out of this, where refunds/bad reviews are the result for sellers.
This is a valid question that I have noticed no content creator has addressed. I absolutely love each content creators enthusiasm regarding selling on Etsy but what about talking about potential pitfalls that could happen. I know someone that created a store and started selling and made some sales. So far each sale the quality was off, there was complaint regarding the font , image was off centered and they had to be replaced. Also, I'd like to add when Printify was contacted (do not expect immediate response) response takes time. Then Printify is selective on replacements. In the meantime you must understand with a smile on their face and a song in their heart the customer will absolutely leave you a mediocre to bad review. Which is completely understandable in this economy. The customer spent their hard earned money on something that did not turn out as expected.
Hi Hannah, what happens to any Kittl designs used on products after the 30 day trial period? Are the designs ours to keep uploading onto products and selling?
Hi Hannah, How are you? Is this something i could mix in with my T-Shirt/Sweatshirt/mugs store? I'm thinking of running a general store, yet I'm not quite sure what that means. Do I just post all kinds of designs for a bunch of niches and products? Also Kittl tip : if you just increase to it 300 DPI it will automatic make it 5000X5000
You totally could add this product to a general store (especially this time of year). General just means you sell in many niches which is totally fine!
I went to go make a design on that ornament but for the last few months their ratings keep going down and haven’t gone above and 8 so I picked different ones for me designs. I was kinda bummed but
I have a question regarding Kittl. If, for instance, you join and pay for 6 months, then create a fair amount of merch. Then you change your mind and cancel subscription service from Kittl for whatever reason. Are the designs still yours or would they suddenly become copyrighted material?
Hello again, Hannah. I hope you are doing well. How can we explain that a design, initially accepted and live on twelve different products, can suddenly have another nine different products rejected? It is frustrating because they don't provide a clear explanation for the recent rejections, unlike the initial acceptance.
This is tricky. Sometimes trademarks get filed between a first submission and later ones. Also, some trademarks only cover certain items like a shirt, while another covers hats and sweatshirts, etc. It's hard to say though without knowing what was posted.
Yes, I believe so. I wanted to share my experience with you and your followers because they might encounter a similar situation. Thank you very much for your prompt response. 🙂

I have 31 designs no sales two weeks into tshirts POL. Panic or normal? Not on amazon yet denyed once so far. Ty
That is normal

It's normal to have slow progress while you are adding initial designs to your shop.

Which print provider(s) do you use at Printify for ornaments?
Another great video, Hannah! Also working on my first personalized ornaments. I just started my shop in June & added my first listings until August. It's been a SLOW process for me, but I'm trying to ramp it up for Q4.
What matters is you took that first step and actually started your shop! You got this!
Yes I want to do this! I already have a handmade etsy shop( shadowbox wall art) do I need to set up a separate etsy shop to add print on demand
Yes you need another shop for pront on demand its perfassional way
It's totally up to you! You can put them together or separate.
@@hannahebeling thank you for getting back to me. I love all your videos.
Hi Hannah , I’m very curious if you offer coaching ? ❤
Hi! Can I do this but with a picture of the client? for example a picture of the couple in their new home?
You definitely could!
@@hannahebeling oh ok thank you Hanna!! ❤️

Do the designs that go past the dotted lines ever get cut off? is it possible to have a design that covers the full entire ornament?
Yes! You can use a pattern that covers the whole thing. The dotted line just means things may shift so any important things should be inside that.
Wow great videos !!! But I'm wondering how to put those designs on a different mockups not the one from printify ..other ones i downloaded sometimes its hard ...i would like to see a tutorial from you explaining how to do that ...thanks for sharing ❤
Great video idea!
What’s the link to get on merch by Amazon? I’ve tried before and couldn’t get in.
Thank you. I understand the process for personalizing, but how does Printify get the address to send the ornament and tracking to? Do you also need to add it in Printify and also where do you find the shipping address in Etsy?
This will automatically be in the order your recieved!

Where do I get the ornament template?
You can get this on the bottom lefthand side of the product design upload page on printify. But for ornaments you can just design in a square too.
Do you have to lower opacity on these ornaments.
For the designs I don't.

The same way writers get writers block, I’m stuck here on Amazon seller and I have no one with experience and no clue where to go next 😢
