Allen Bradley Ultra 3000 Servo Drive 2097-DSD-HV100-SE

Job 24071111 came in having no output on the SERCOS transmit, the fan was dead, terminal strip was bent and appeared to have an arc at CN1, pin 43. Tech was able to replace the fan, terminal strip, connectors, OPTOS & capacitors. Drive was then hooked up to the SERCOS, programmed our PLC and downloaded into the drive receiving a 4 in the display which is indication that it's ready to run. Using the software as the end-user uses it, the drive ran motor and all is working now as it should! Drive is ready to go!!!!
