new green sphere test

having problems on the scaling tool don't work and resize the move tool acts like when like the collision is on but actually off the select tool only goes corners the rotate tool only goes to opposite and not turning to left right and i had to use physical for able to move the things how do i fix this

Havent touched the game for a while may need to grab the og models from vesz 1 tryna find it found saturn but need fine temple and staurn and christ.
