Dirk Darmstaedter - What I Could Never Find Was Me (Official Lyric Video)

One of my New Year's resolutions for 2025 was to make a video for every new release. I'm not talking 'flashy, commercial pop video' or anything like that, but more of a vibe thing with lyrics added. Could be fun... So I took the S3 into town, iPhone in hand, and started filming. Nothing special, really. But a nice document of my day, I suppose. Interestingly enough, the footage of the subway ride into town and my afternoon stroll through the 'Schanze' - a neighbourhood in Hamburg (I was there to pick up a new pair of prescription glasses - very rock'n'roll!) somehow suited the song, I think. So there you have it. New song, new video. Eureka!
