Pending my plan to buy the base game until this expansion arrive in my country. The reason why I keep delaying to buy the base game is because Im aware that even tho this game is great in thematic but have a somewhat hard difficulty (according to many reviews and playthtrough videos I watched), hence Im waiting for this exp because this exp kinda balance the game and make it less difficult to play. Yesterday this exp finally appear in my local olshop and I instantly ordered it (and also the base game), cant wait to unbox it and play with my husband tomorrow 😁. Thank you for creating this eyecatching pirates adventure game, greetings from your fans from Indonesia 🇮🇩❤️🇵🇱
Love it! I didn’t realize Neverland and Treasure Island were family/kids scenarios. I am looking forward to getting Robinson Crusoe to the table even more now. When will the preorders in the USA start shipping??
RC was my fist co-op game and I played it solo. I highly recommend it. Its so immersive and thematic. I hear a lot about the rules being a bit of an obstacle. I didn't find this to be the case at all. The rules make sense so they are easy to learn. A storm comes so you loose some of your roof. You discover a new part of the island, that is where you have a chance to gain some discovery tokens. It makes sense. I say don't hesitate. It's a great game!
@@Coffeemaker1978 Thanks, you have any suggestions? I also looked at too many bones but it looks intimidating and is pricey. I like dice rolling adventure games.
@@stacie_everdell Thank you! Did you find it hard to teach to friends? I have friends who are interested in board games and play with me but I play with mixed groups so I will have to continuously teach them :)
@@kangruitian2665 I play it solo always. I got it during the pandemic and so I've never had the opportunity to play with others. But I don't think it would be any different from other games. Once YOU have the game play down, play through a few practice runs with friends before you officially start the game. Or consider your fist game a practice. I find 'show as you go' to be the best teaching method. I've had friends don a totally confused face when explaining Cartographers until they actually play it.
"The Book of Adventures" Kickstarter... *sighs* I just ordered the two expansions, darnit! XD Oh well, I might get that too, eventually. I've just been burned so much on Kickstarter that I don't support that platform. I do suspect Portal Games should carry it eventually, so I can get it from my local gaming store in due time.
Wow so many good things. Can't wait!!
Just received mine yesterday. Looks really good. It's our fav coop. We love playing.
Will Voyage of the Beagle be reprinted ever? Maybe updated since some of the content was included here. Eh?

Will there be a german printed version of tresure Chest ??
answered in 16:00 thanks
Everything in this is so cool!!! However for games that tell stories I would really love for people to start having names...
Is robinson Crusoe good for someone just getting into coop boardgames? I only played pandemic a few times.
It's a bit tough to learn and win. I recommend you to try another one before RC.

Everyone who is dissatisfied rates all games from Portalgames with the worst grade wherever possible!! Maybe something will happen then
