My Google home mini does not respond to my commands but the Google Assistant on my mobile phone responds. When I give a command to the Google home mini, it says I can't understand. Why? plz reply me....
pretty much the same, it's connecting another app securely to your cloud account, and if someone will hack your cloud account he might be able to figure how to give this app commands. but that's quite too much I guess
it' is not working for me... i've tried everthing.. even the troubleshooter.. when i say toggle mute it mutes my cell phone.. (alexa app) and when I use alexa pod.. it does nothing...
In fact, Assistant Computer Control can read .bat files. This is why I think that is a very powerfull method. ✌ According to me, in that case, sky is the limit.
Hey thanks for the great video. One issue though I have been able to complete all the steps and I am using Google Home Mini to trigger the action. The issue is google assistant is recognizing the command,IFTTT is connected and running and a text file is getting created in the linked google drive but nothing seems to happen on my PC. I have tried multiple things such as reconfiguration, deleting and re creating applet etc but still issue remains the same. Please help.
Sounds like an issue on AAC side, try to check settings inside the app. I honestly don't use it, I prefer the PowerShell method I used in my other video
Will it work when we try to turn on PC with our mobile without using power switch? And also I use mobile hotspot internet on my PC. So, I would like whether it works like that or not. Thanks in advance!

@@saikumarveldanda what I did in the video with Telegram is only showing how to lock the computer. In order to turn on a PC, it will require some hardware and/or wake on LAN options in your computer motherboard. sadly for now I don't have such things available
Check if the IFTTT ran the applet, than check that the AAC is indeed running and that a txt file was created on the google drive (or the cloud you are using)

At BEST, this program is buggy....especially because of IFTTT. I did the setup for Dropbox with my Google Dot and connected the "turn off my computer" and saved it. Every time i voiced it, Google Dot would say "i can't reach your phone" which is telling me that command (that this app claims to use) is reserved for something else already.
is nayone else having trouble with the first step_ I cant find any clear tutorials with that one and get stuck in the 4th step because i dont know where hte back up and sync thin gis on my taskbar or it just isnt appearing, pls help

Maybe your Google home mini isn't connected with your account and thus don't recognize those commands? I don't see any other reason for it not to work

Your computer's assistant computer control should always be running.

(after 15 minutes) it works!! but.. mute is not working.. it mutes my cell phone (haha!) but shut down and lock works like a charm!! thank you!!

If your PC is turned off it won't be able to turn it on, at least not this app for sure

Do you still use Assistant Computer Control? If so, has it gotten any easier to use? Does the free IFTTT limit get in the way?
I stopped using it long time ago, currently I'm using Home assistant for the smart home and I do integrate some controls for my PC

@@otazkyzesveta Try maybe reconnecting IFTTT with Googe Assistant and also with your storage (Google drive, dropbox etc.) Hope it will help
