Wow, so now I understand why I have been so attracted to watch your channel. I showed up for a fun, lighthearted, lip gloss, romance kind of reading and ended up hearing you describe EXACTLY what I have been going through with shadow energies lately. I have had to release energies from my ex, a narcissist, at least three times now over 4 months since our break up. I am fortunate enough to have friends who are very spiritually gifted who each did this work for me. After the last cord cutting and energy releasement coming from him, as in psychic attacks, though probably not on a conscious level, but after the last one I have had to get very serious about keeping out his re-cording to me. So nightly calling for protection with prayer and using charged crystals such as black tourmaline and turquoise to keep out interfering energies. Since doing that I am finally able to sleep without ongoing insomnia and bad dreams. It felt like a nightmare for a time with his tormenting me. He is with a new person, but he got back on drugs with her and then lost his business. I hope he gets off them as he has in the past. But he's no longer my person to worry about. I also do entity and energy releasement work and so I know from past psychic attacks what it is like when you are dealing with an energy that is not your own.
Jess - You speak the truth. You definitely feel like a kindred spirit to me. I go to some kind of pyramid when I do energy releasement work. I was never trained to do that, just sort of did it one day and became a habit. It feels safe to me and I am able to go deeper when I use this "portal" to tune into someone's energy. This last guy I dated made it so I would get a detailed education on NPD, ASPD, BPD, HPD, as well as attachment styles and more c-PTSD learning as well. I'm prepared to spot an unhealthy person like never before in my life. And boundaries are a breeze after the sociopath tried to take them out.

Jess I appreciate you so much. I recently came out of a relationship with a person who is a sociopath and narcissist. He fooled me big time. I see now, but I'm still processing the pain of it and trying to understand what happened. He cheated on me with a woman who is also likely a sociopath or narcissist based on my interactions with her and what I've learned about her. She enjoyed shoving my face in it when she posted online that she was in a relationship with him while knowing he and I were still together. He has almost no morals and is sadistic. It takes time to process that kind of shock when you were lied to so thoroughly and took a little while to see it clearly. Anyway, thank you for your channel. It takes time for the heart to heal. Not because I love him anymore, but because I once did and the betrayal of pathological lying, cheating, and sadism is shocking to those who have morals and compassion for others.

We don't always need to defend ourselves, true. But sometimes speaking up and telling the truth about a situation is just as spiritual, meaningful, and necessary for everyone's mental health. We're often told we should be the so called "bigger person". And definitely that is something to consider on the emotionally and spiritually maturing path. Yet that concept is often used by controlling people to silence and shame a person for daring to speak up and defend themselves when being abused. It's right up there with "It's just a joke. Can't you take a joke." When everyone knows the joke is straight up belittling and demeaning another.

Regarding general chaos: I think you are referring to me Jess. A lot of my recent visions are aligning to what you have been posting which is why I came back to your channel. You have helped me a lot. In my vision it was spellwork done recently by a group and its old school stuff that is practiced by a small sect of a larger organization. No one on either side is happy about it because its demonic in nature so very unstable. St. Michael had to come into my dreams & cut the cords. They were thick & deep. It frightened me initially because I could feel hands on me and even woke with a bruise on my leg. I was raised as a Spiritualist/ Catholic and recently awoken to my spiritual gifts. The goal was to create some kind of unholy trinity and sexual magic was involved with the chosen man & woman. It was quite disgusting to say the least. Sooo I love Jess but sometimes I just want a straightforward reading. Tbh, I came to the reading with no one in mind, but as she’s explaining things I feel like she’s just talking about the average human being that lacks self awareness and spiritual insight. It’s actually rare to operate with full awareness (even in the “spiritual” community) of your motives, triggers, social programming, etc. That’s something that either you incarnate with (the rarest example) or will have to be spiritually guided towards through a healing journey that leads you to deeper consciousness of your personal psyche and programming.
So I guess I’ll assume most or many men want to taste my lipgloss, cause nothing mentioned describes a particular person but instead the average misguided human being regardless of race, age, spiritual/religious affiliation, empathic abilities or maturity level. Even those that “believe” they’re not operating from this unhealthy process because consciously they genuinely like the person but don’t realize “why” their psyche is choosing to like that specific person. They don’t “consciously” realize they’re social climbing or attempting to fill voids from past trauma. They honestly believe they’re choosing this person for healthy or noble reasons.
