Traxxas TRX4 Tactical Unit Removing the Gloss with Tamiya PS-55 Flat Clear

We didn't love the gloss finish of the Traxxas TRX4 Tactical unit so we used some Tamiya PS-55 Flat Clear to give it a matt finish. The results speak for themselves!

That’s awesome man few questions for ya can I paint Tamiya PS55 inside the body before I paint it with colour (black) to get matte look and do I put decals on first before applying Tamiya PS55 on outside or will decals holdup over paint?

Thanks Christopher, i've never tried however the instructions state that the clear is to be used on the outside of the body so i wouldn't expect a good result from applying it to the inside! In regards to decals i wouldn't imagine you'd have too many problems applying them over the PS-55 once it has dried properly.
