Great episode again. I think this a great way to start for everybody...start with gel polish, overlays etc... This is an advice that every beginner should take and do...I passed time trying to do to difficult stuff (I'm not saying we shouldn't practice!) and for now I have more gel polish clients than gel clients (I'm building my clientele )...and like you said you can already make money with that and build a professional confidence, which is so hard to get when you start omg. Thank you for sharing , you help a lot 😊💜
Love this episode. So true about everything. I need another tech but I’ve been picky …they have to be a fit in the salon. It’s like permanent company staying at your house lol.
I love this video, your’ll are truly awesome.... im currently in this situation right now as im trying to expand my business and having a really hard time to find staff, unfortunately if i do find someone they start work, sign a 3 month contract and then 1 month later decide to leave after i train and teach them my techniques, without a notice! Been through so many nails techs now its abit disappointing. Is there anything u could suggest that im probably doing wrong? Regards Medi💜

Last year there were 4 Jennifer's on my team at work (not a nail salon). It became a running joke with my supervisor that your only qualification for employment was have the name Jennifer 😂.
I've been told I'm good therapy you would never think it would be part of the job to listen to people lol 😂 I don't mind but maybe I should charge more jk
Sorry I know this is not on the topic you guys are talking about, but I love doing nails and I love wearing nails. However in the last 6 years I have developed an allergy to acrylic and gel 😖😭💔💔 is there anything you recommend I can buy or use so I can still get my nails done? Or can you do an episode for people with allergies? I feel that lately it’s become more common and you can’t really find videos for people like me who still want to be able to do their nails and not have them glued on and pop off when you open your car door. Thank you so much. I love your videos and I have learned so much!❤️❤️
Have you tried the gel without a harsh primer? Are your prep products contaminated with acrylic dust? I saw a lot of acrylic allergies in my years of doing nails. Once it was the cause of a blood pressure medication. Anyway, by eliminating other products, I could always find a solution. So you might have hope still. I hope. Best of luck.
Brionna's IG is @nailsdown.under apologies for the confusion!

Jenny Hanson Exactly our thoughts as well.
YoungNailsInc I have tried but the nail always pops off 😢 but with the acrylic that liquid gets me right away.
