Not only you can change keycaps (like all mechanical keyboards, like mine's Corsair K95 RGB Platinum) but EVEN the switches....so, you can change an eventually broken switch. But, personally, i don't like the compact size of the keyboard and ANSI layout, also.
So i bough a mechanical keyboard and the pull out key wasnt there, is that okey or he just take it from the box and give me only the keyboard cuz i am not sure, if any mechanical keyboard has it in box.
