CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT CAKE WITHOUT ANY FLOUR | Things I Learned

Hi guys, let's make a chocolate and coconut cake without any flour in its dough. Ideal for those who have gluten intolerance.
📍 INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
70gr of butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (semi-bitter)
100 gr of grated coconut
1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
📍 CALDA:
200 gr of sour cream
3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (semi-bitter)
Granulated chocolate to decorate
