Olanov They used a short rope, Wow well NOOSE lowered it's standards I prefer the old NOOSE officers they seemed much more realistic and more professional and looked better and intimidating I lasted without cheats in gta IV against 3 noose teams about 10 minutes until I was surrounded .
***** Agreed. In all honesty, the NOOSE we got is a mere shell of what they used to be. Whilst I appreciate some of the new tactics, they aren't quite how they used to be.
Olanov Gta V Noose Pros = More intelligent, more tactics, Realism, professional shouts Tear gas Cons = Not a good look, sometimes they shout unprofessional things and they die with a simple headshot and they run from gas and sometimes cower.
***** To be fair, more or less all GTA law enforcement in the HD universe have both professional and unprofessional speeches. Little varied depending on the voice, though.
Olanov Rockstar said they don't care about single-player mods and I don't think they care if you MOD online. That is if a jerk using them waltzes into a public lobby.

***** At least they didn't catch the one on film where the rope was too short... No one came out of that one looking pretty.
