I had my consultation 2 weeks ago! I have my install appointment tomorrow! She said it may take 2 days. That’s fine with me. It has taken me 2 years to research, read, view and watch my friend’s sisterlocks mature and I’m so in love. I don’t think I will sleep tonight lol. Your journey has been so helpful. Thanks for sharing and inspiring.
Thank you 😊! Happy 2 1/2 years then! I’m happy you decided to take the plunge ! I hope you’ve been having a beautiful loc journey ! Is your hair fully loc’d yet?
I remember i first found this channel a month before my junior year and decided to get them now im 11months heading into senior year their looking great so far not as long as i like but growing i have 4c hair as well i think my main problem is dandruff so far 😂😂
Happy soon to be locaversary then! I hope your loc journey continues to go well ❤️. And that’s okay. It’s pretty common. And definitely not the worst thing! Lol
Just found your channel the other day and I'm binge watching your videos/journey. Your hair is beautiful! Your videos are super helpful as i contemplate this style. I'm a lazy natural and I'd like to have length, but be able to work out, sweat, and not have to worry about my blown out hair looking crazy. Thanks for your channel! Seems like i have to be willing to deal with the initial scalpy look 😬
You're hair is so beautiful! If i watch anyone on their loc journey, its yours. We started with similar hair. Mine was also thin at first, but I love how yours has grown! Absolutely beautiful!!! 🤗 Do you ever have to detox your locs?
I drink a lot of water. I try to eat hair healthy foods, green vegetables, a healthy omega 3 diet. plus, I barely put anything in my hair before locs. My hair is used to it, it has had years to adjust to minimal products.
How often should you wash your locs when you’ve just gotten them? Is it the same amount of time for when you have them for years? If you don’t mind me asking !
You don’t have any frizziness is that because of the edge booster. I’ve had my locs for almost 4 years and still deal with frizziness. Do you braid and band?
I have frizz. That’s the nature of locs. Lol. I don’t know why people think I don’t have frizz. I just don’t have extremely frizzy hair. And since my hair stands are fine, they are less obvious in camera. But I have frizz. Like everybody else. The edge booster is for my ends. Where I have loose ends. Gives a little definition. Adds some moisture. It’s not for all of my hair.
I wad here when you first got your sisterlocks. My my, they are full, long and gorgeous 😍
thank you! and they've changed so much! anytime I see an older picture I'm in disbelief. Thanks for taking this journey with me!

How did your micro lock journey go? Been a year since you posted your comment 😊
I love your hair. You're my hair crush 😊. I watched you from the beginning as I was researching getting them. Well I'm 2 1/2 years in and loving it.

Thank you so much!! And no. I’ve never detoxed my locs.
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing Sis.
Thank you. Happy to share 🫶🏾
Wow, your hair is beautiful ❤
How do you keep your locs from feeling brittle / dry?
I would like to know that as well! I have started my journey over for the second time & I’m almost 3 months in & my Sisterlocks seems dry this time.
I drink a lot of water. I try to eat hair healthy foods, green vegetables, a healthy omega 3 diet.
plus, I barely put anything in my hair before locs. My hair is used to it, it has had years to adjust to minimal products.
Beautiful locs. Do you use conditioner on your hair and where do you get your retires done?
That carol's daughter water to foam is the bee's knees!
Yes. I love it too ! Lol
Is the shampoo you used, a clarifying shampoo? I need a good recommendation.🤔
Tell us about the pool incident. I love water but haven't enjoyed the pool or ocean since my install. And that's been over a year, two summers!!
Why
@@peachy_reina Because my hair isn't fully locked and it will unravel.
Beautiful Locs! When did your Locs mature?
That was great. Loved it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
How often should you wash your locs when you’ve just gotten them? Is it the same amount of time for when you have them for years? If you don’t mind me asking !
I don’t mind at all. It’s the same. I wash my hair when I feel like it’s dirty. Always have. So the age of my locs don’t matter.
@@TheRealKylaB Thank you! This means so much. I’ve been wanting to start for a while and your channel has really helped me :)🖤
Hello, did you use the edge booster when you first started your journey or after they loc'd ?
After. I didn’t use products at all for most of the 3 years I’ve had my locs
@@TheRealKylaB Thank you so much for the quick response. I love your channel. I am new to the community 10/6.
Do you dye your locs?
You Sisterlocks are beautiful! Do you know how many locs you have?
around 400
thank you !

I stopped braiding and banding like a year and a half ago.
Hello, I sent you an email. Did you get ti? I will wait for your response?
I haven’t gotten any emails recently.
