    890 - 970 is good for pellet 22 cal. Try the crosman heavy magnum pellets 19 gr. Will help. Or H&N baracuda match 21 gr 5.52 head size. I think you will be amazed! Stay slingin dat sweet air rifle lead boss! Good testing here. Ed Snippin Man UTube channel here 💥💪💪💪🎯💯

      @@OutdoorPlay007 ya you have a powerhouse right there regardless! If you have slug liner, it will need 23 - 26 gr slug. I've had these rifelz and too much power for pesting for me out to 40 - 60 yards. The 22 models They will take down a coyote at reasonable distance. An way too much for paper punching unless it's for competition shooting matches. FX makes different models to suit the shooter. I purchased the Maverick models just for the reasons. I do own some Crown models for power if I need it. I tried the newer Panther models and same thing, extreme power! The little streamline classics are very suitable. Just saying. The impact M3 is just like shooting a 22 rimfire cartridge. FX shoots the M3 models against the rimfire matches every year.

      .22 880fps lower the hamer even more, or lower the secondary regulator to 70/75

    Sweet spot for pellets is around 880 fps + or - 10 fps. You have a expensive set up that's a slug shooter all day long. Slugs love to go fast 1000 fps.
